All warranties are enclosed with your product when shipped. In the unlikely event that your watch or clock fails within the warranty period, Click Here to Contact Us for an Exchange. Upon receipt of your details, we will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number will need to be posted on all sides of the package being returned to us for warehouse identification.
